Its not silly, its cute.
Anyway they are too small to walk far,
so you have to carry them sometimes.
Dressing up and carrying small dogs is mean to the dogs but it is SOOOO cute! what we should really be concerned about is how the owners treat the small pooches.

small dogs are seriously not accesories. they are meant for love, care, and play. they are very cute. but they need lots of care too
Small dogs are soooooo cute I think they should be dresssed up and held its their dog so pretty much leave people alone who want to do it. It’s not your life either so no one cares how much you think it is cruel

It May Be Cruel Or Cute If Someone Carries Their Dog About Or Dresses It Up, But If The Person Really Loves It And Looks After It, Then Its Not Classed As Being Cruel.
